Agrobank of Uzbekistan plans to increase its registered capital by 1.9 times

Open joint-stock commercial Agrobank, which is a part of the five largest banks of Uzbekistan, plans to increase its registered capital by 1.9 times, up to 240 billion soms, security management of the bank told Trend on Monday.

Decision on capital increase was made at a general meeting of shareholders on Dec. 15, the bank said.

According to the decision of shareholders, capital increase is planned through the issuance of additional share issue worth 113.799 billion soms. It is planned to issue 98 mln 55.653 thousand ordinary shares of 1.15 thousand soms each in 2012.
