The Kazakh Transport and Communications Ministry has developed a plan to create special one-stop centers for motor vehicle registration and driver's licenses services, Kazakh Transport and Communications Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev said on his personal Twitter page on Wednesday.
"We developed a plan to create special one-stop centers," he said. "We are coordinating these plans with the concerned state agencies."
Moreover, the ministry has developed a plan to transfer 60 percent of socially important services to the e-format by the end of the year.
