The online registration of individual entrepreneurs and the state registration of legal entities will be carried out within 15 minutes, even in the absence of documents, Kazakh Transport and Communications Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
"The online registration of individual entrepreneurs and the state registration of legal entities is carried out from 5 to 30 days, and requires five documents. In late 2012, jointly with the Finance Ministry and the Justice Ministry, we expect to provide these services within 15 minutes. Even in the absence of any documents," Zhumagaliyev said
However, an applicant should have a digital signature to do so, he said.
