The presentation of another joint Opic project has been held in Georgia.

According to an agreement reached with Opic, funds for cheese production were invested in the Georgian Sante GMT.

The enterprise is equipped with modern production units.

The cheese will meet European standards. Santa will produce two kinds of cheese -- Georgian factory cheese, and suluguni, which will appear on the market in a few months.

The network of natural milk collection will be expanded. More than 2,000 families receive revenues from selling their milk to the company for cheese. As a result of the project, another 1,000 will have an additional income.

Sante GMT is a dairy product leader in Georgia. It appeared on the market in 1997. The founders are private U.S. investors.
