Iran's transportation ministry plans to add to the country's air fleet and finish projects in the national housing program, the Iranian Labour News Agency reports.
In the coming year (Iran's solar year ended on March 20) one of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development's most important projects will be to finish the Mehr Housing Project.
The government's Mehr Housing Project gives free land to developers to build cheap housing for the public. Residents pay 20 percent of their apartment's construction costs and sign a 99-year lease.
Another top priority will be to increase Iran's fleet of airplanes, said transportation minister Ali Nikzad.
