The State Securities Committee (SSC) in Azerbaijan has approved the rules for placing securities outside the country, the State Committee said on Thursday.
These rules are included in the State Register of Legal Acts.
The new rules regulate the placement of local issuers' securities and securities issued with the participation of legal entities registered in Azerbaijan outside the country.
