Iran plans to boost the production capacity at its Ilam gas refinery from six million cubic meters (mcm) to 10 mcm this year, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reports.
The refinery, which is located in the Ilam Province in western Iran, supplies some of that region's gas and sweetens the sour gas from the Tang-e Bijar Kamankouh field. It also produces ethane, propane and sulphur.
