Today AccessBank announced a new service allowing customers to make loan repayments over the telephone by calling the Bank's Call Center on *0151, the bank's statement said on Wednesday.

Customers with AccessBank plastic cards, will now be able to transfer funds from their plastic card to make their loan repayments over the telephone. This service will save time for the Bank's customers by eliminating the need to visit a branch for payments.

"AccessBank continuously tries to improve the quality of the services extended to our customers. Providing the option of repaying loans by phone will save them time"," said Andrew Pospielovsky, General Manager of AccessBank, commenting on the new service.

More details regarding this service can be acquired by calling the General Call Center number at *0151, visiting the official website or Facebook page of the Bank, or speaking with a customer service representative at any AccessBank branch.
