Ministry of Taxes held the regular meeting of the special staff, established to oversee the installation and use of pos-terminals and cash registers.

Advisor to the Audit Committee and the areas of operational control of tax minister, the chief adviser to the tax service Ilgar Ahmedov provided information about the work carried out by staff to promote non-cash payments, the ministry told Trend.

Ahmedov noted that a map of the processes in the city of Baku is prepared, 11 districts of the capital divided into 60 sections and two employees, who undergo appropriate training, is assigned to each section.

Necessary programs are loaded in the program and the registration of POS - terminals by tax authorities in on-line mode is provided in the system in order to implement high-speed electronic exchange of information between the Ministry of Taxes and processing centers.
Installing of the POS-terminals started also in the transport sector - in a taxi, and their installation is continuing in cars London taxi TX4.

Today, pos-terminals are installed throughout the country, particularly in Baku and in the hotels operating in the tourism centers, catering facilities, retail and entertainment facilities, taxis, gas stations, facilities that provide medical services and engaged in the sale of pharmaceutical products, and other areas. Some 22,611 pos-terminals operate at 20.138 objects in the republic, 93.6 percent of which are located in Baku.

The process of POS - terminals installation has been completed in the central of Baku, including 90 percent of facilities in Sabail, Nasimi and Yasamal districts.
