International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has announced an open tender for selection of third-party auditor to audit the consolidated financial reports of the bank and its subsidiaries.
It is stated in the statement of tender commission, issued in the official press on Tuesday.
Reports of IBA and its subsidiaries ("International Bank of Azerbaijan - Moscow", JSC "International Bank of Azerbaijan - Georgia", JSC "International Insurance Company", "Azericard") for the first half and the whole of 2012 should be audited in accordance with international Financial Reporting Standards and international Standards on Auditing.
Under the terms of the tender, cost of participation in which amounted to 1.000 manat, the results of the audit reports for the first half of 2012 should be submitted no later than October 1 of the year, and for 2012 as a whole - not later than the May 1, 2013.
The bids will be accepted until 18:00 June 11, 2012.
