Assets of Azerbaijani insurance broker increase by more than 85 percent

Assets of Azerbaijani insurance broker - Caspian International Broking amounted to 818.14 thousand manat on the basis of activity in 2011 compared to 441.85 thousand manat at the beginning of last year, increasing by 85.16 percent, according to a company's balance sheet, published on Thursday in the official press.
Some 155.7 thousand manat have been accumulated in cash and cash equivalents in 2011, receivables from insurance operations totaled to 629.3 thousand manat.
Paid up share capital of Caspian International Broking on the basis of 2011 stood at 117,2 thousand manat as in 2010.
The company completed 2011 with net profit of 3,32 thousand manat.
The total capital of the company at the end of last year amounted to 56,14 thousand manat, increasing by 6,28 percent compared to 2010.
Total liabilities of the company amounted to 762 thousand manat, increasing by 95,87 percent, equity and liabilities as a whole - 818,14 thousand manat with growth by 85,16 percent.
The company's revenues amounted to 220,1 thousand manat, expenses - 216,77 thousand manat in 2011.
The State Service for Insurance Supervision under the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan issued a perpetual license to an insurance brokerage company "Caspian International Broking" on March 12 with regard to the expiration of the previously issued license.
