The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered shares of Bank of Azerbaijan in the amount of 16.5 million manat, the SSC said on Friday.
Prospectus includes 825,000 shares with a par value of 20 manat each.
Thus, the bank's authorized capital will be increased from 33.5 million manat to 50 million manat.
Bank of Azerbaijan is operating from December 1, 1993. At the present time, bank has 17 branches, 3 additional offices, 32 ATMs and 1855 POS-terminals.
