Georgian Energy Development Fund (GEDF) is interested in the construction of diversion tunnel on the construction of Tsablari hydroelectric power station on the river of the same name in the region of Imereti (Western Georgia).
GEDF priority is to build several hydroelectric power plants with capacity no more than 20 megawatts on the Tsablari river, the Georgian Energy Ministry told Trend.
The company intends to invest $100 million in the construction.
