Turkmen-Turkish joint stock commercial bank issues preferential loans to entrepreneurs and private enterprises to support small and medium entrepreneurship.
Preferential loans are intended for investment projects up to 10 years, for acquiring circulating assets within a year at an interest rate of 5 percent per annum.
