Ernst & Young announced today that it has been recognised as one of the World's Best Multinational Workplaces by Great Place to Work® Institute, as Ernst & Young official website reports.
Now in its second year, the ranking is the world's largest annual study of workplace excellence and identifies the top 25 best multinationals in terms of workplace culture.
Ernst & Young took 12 place in the list of 25 World's Best Multinational Workplaces by Great Place to Work®. Ernst&Young is the only company from "big four" international audit companies in this ranking.
Great Place to Work® selected the World's Best Multinational Workplaces from nearly 5,700 companies that participated in Best Workplaces competitions during late 2011 to mid-2012 in the 45 countries in which we operate. Some 350 multinational corporations participated globally in our surveys. Of these, 250 appeared on one of our national Best Workplaces Lists, conducted in countries ranging from Argentina to Finland to Australia. Of these 250 best companies, 38 passed our additional eligibility criteria for the World's Best Multinational Workplaces list. Here, we present the top 25 of these 38 - truly the "Best of the Best."
