Baku hosts the signing ceremony of the protocol on the results of the second meeting of the Azerbaijani-Serbian Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation.
The document was signed by co-chairs - Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev (Azerbaijan) and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of internal and external trade and telecommunications of Serbia Rasim Lyaich (Serbia).
The protocol covers the development of cooperation between the countries, and the results of work, which was carried out after the first session.
Azerbaijani-Serbian business forum and bilateral meetings, during which they discussed the current level of economic relations between the two countries, the prospects for cooperation, expansion of trade relations, investments and other issues was held yesterday on the eve of the meeting of the intergovernmental commission.
According to the State Customs Committee, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Serbia amounted to $21.24 million in January-September, $21.22 million of which accounts for import.
