The Textile Industry Ministry of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for design and "turnkey" construction of a cotton-spinning factory for the production of cotton yarn in the Gurbansoltan Eje Etrap in Dashoguz Velayat.
Domestic and foreign companies with experience in construction of cotton-spinning factories are invited to participate in the tender.
All interested parties are required to submit a written request to participate in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details, read the rules of the tender for the "turnkey" construction of cotton-spinning factory, get technical specification, obtain a package of tender documents by paying $300 (three hundred U.S. dollars) + 15 percent VAT.
Tender bids should be sent to Ashgabat, Garashsyzlyk Shaely, 96, and will be considered after receipt of funds to the account.
Deadline for proposals - until March 18, 2013.
