Azerbaijani Central Bank upgrades banking operating system

The Azerbaijani Central Bank (CBA) is planning to upgrade the technical and software platform of the Temenos banking operating system, the Tender Commission said on Wednesday.

The Azerbaijani Central Bank (CBA) is planning to upgrade the technical and software platform of the Temenos banking operating system, the Tender Commission said on Wednesday.

The CBA plans to purchase the server and network hardware and upgrade the software platform (to buy the latest version of R07, operating on Base) within the tender.

Companies engaged in independent legal and financial activity for at least for five years will be able to participate in the tender. While evaluating the tender bids, the financial and technical features will be taken into account. The operations must be fulfilled within 12 months from the date of signing the agreement on the procurement contract.

Those wishing to participate in the tender can submit a request on participation and other documents till April 9. The tender bid which must be valid until June 3, 2013 and the bank guarantee must be submitted by April 17.

The fee for participation in the tender is 300 manat.

The tender procedure will take place at 15.00 on April 18 at the CBA administration building at 32, R.Behbudov st, Baku.
