Azerbaijani Bank of Baku starts placement of bonds with 12 per cent yield

Placement of unsecured interest-bearing bonds of the Bank of Baku JSC for a total of five million manat starts on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), BSE reported.

According to the report, the nominal value of each bond is 1000 manat.

The yield on the bonds is 12 per cent per annum with a maturity period of 38 months with interest payments every six months. Standard Kapital LLC acts as the underwriter for the placement.

Those interested in acquisition of the bonds may contact the BSE member organisations with a brokerage licence.

The Bank of Baku has been operating since February 14, 1994, providing a variety of credits and banking services to individuals and legal entities.
