The State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered an issue prospectus of ordinary registered non-documentary shares of Xalq Bank in the amount of 183.68 million manat, according to the report of the State Committee published on its website on Saturday.
Placement of the issue will be undertaken through the conversion of 3.63 million shares at par value of 50.6 manat to the same amount of shares with par value of 46.58 manat.
As a result of changes in the nominal value of shares, the bank's authorized capital will increase by 8.7 percent - from 169 million manat to 183.68 million manat.
Xalq Bank began operations in December 2004.
The official exchange rate on June 1 is 0.7846 AZN / USD.
