Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision to increase the authorized capital of 'Azerbaijan Airlines' Closed Joint-Stock Company (AZAL - national aviation company) by 4.96 per cent, according to a message from the Cabinet of Ministers published on Tuesday.
According to the decision, the authorized capital of CJSC will increase from 784 974 470 manat to 823,974,470 manat.
Par value of a share of "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC is two manats.
