By Emin Aliyev - Trend: The Executive Power of Azerbaijan's Balakan region has announced a tender for the construction of the Balakan-Sarybulag-Gabagchol-Khalatala highway, the tender commission said on Nov.14.
According to the report, the participation fee is 500 manat.
Tender bids are valid within at least 30 working days from the date of opening and backed by a bank guarantee to the sum of one per cent of their value will be accepted by the commission no later than December 27 2013.
Tender bids will be opened at 10:00 local time, January 6, 2014.
