Minister: Current year brings risks for Turkey’s economy

There are certain risks for the growth of Turkish economy in 2014, the country's Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek said, Turkish Zaman newspaper reported on Jan.16.
Despite of existence of certain risks, it is expected that Turkish economy will grow by four percent this year compared to 2013, according to the minister.
The minister added that relevant reforms will be held in the country for ensuring the economic growth.
Simsek also said that high oil prices in 2013 and geopolitical tension in the region didn't significantly affect the economic growth in Turkey.
