Kazakhstan to create single operator for supply of petroleum products from Russia

A single operator for the supply of Russian petroleum products will be created in Kazakhstan, Kazakh Economy and Budget Planning Minister Erbolat Dossayev said in his speech at Government Hour in the Majilis on March 3.
"A single operator within KazMunaiGas Onimderi will be created in order to regulate the import and wholesale supply of petroleum products from Russia and to ensure stability in the domestic market," he said.
Marginal contribution will be created for prevention of rates and prices increase on regulated services in inflation for 2014 at 1.2 percentage points' level and introduction of new tariffs and prices for regulated services not earlier than 2014, according to the minister.
