Novkhani municipality of Azerbaijani capital's Absheron district announced a tender for construction of a kindergarten in the village of Novkhani.
The participation in the tender costs 50 Azerbaijani manats, according to the tender commission.
The bids backed by a bank guarantee worth one percent of their value, will be received at the commission no later than May 20, 2014, 17:00 local time.
The opening of bids will take place on May 21, at 11:00.
