The China National Petroleum Corporation has announced a prequalification process for the tender.
The tender's subject is the design, procurement and construction of unpaved roads in the Bagtyyarlyk contract territory in Turkmenistan's Lebap province in 2014-2017.
The corporation plans to construct nearly 20 kilometers of unpaved roads in 2014.
Bagtyyarlyk contract territory is mainly covered by sand. Moreover, its eastern part consists of piedmont plains, hills and highlands.
This tender envisages the signing of an on-call contract for the construction of unpaved roads with artificial structures within 36 months. There should be unit prices for the types of work on construction of unpaved roads on sandy and piedmont-hilly terrain. The volume of work will be regulated by the corporation.
Depending on production needs, it may be necessary for simultaneous construction of two or three unpaved roads in the contract territory.
Companies interested in participating in the tender can submit a written application providing the following data: information about the company, including company name, country of registration, details and contact numbers; company's registration document, the power of attorney of the authorized representative for the right of submitting an application; experience in rendering similar services in the past three years.
The applications should be submitted within 10 days from the date of publication of the tender information.
