The Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance has set the amount of insurance brokers' monetary liability.
The corresponding decision was published in the Azerbaijani State Register of Legal Acts.
In particular, professional liability of brokers-physical entities will be insured to the amount of 200,000 manat. The amount of liability for brokers-legal entities is set at one million manat.
There are 17 insurance brokers, 10 of which are physical entities in Azerbaijan today.
The official exchange rate is 0.7843 AZN/USD on April 30.
