Tajik national air carrier, Air, will launch a new flight to the Islamic Republic of Iran as of June 25.
The airline will launch a flight from Dushanbe to Tehran on Wednesdays in addition to its current flight which is carried out on Sundays, Iran's IRNA news agency reported on June 9.
Tajik Air is currently operating two weekly flights from Dushanbe to Mashhad.
Some 5,000 Iranians are living in Tajikistan and about 150 Iranian companies are operating there.
