The Turkmen Culture Ministry announces an international tender.
The tender subject is to design and to construct a complex, including the Opera House, the Conservatory, a specialized music school on Ataturk Street in Ashgabat.
All those wishing to participate in the tender must apply to the Turkmen Culture Ministry situated at 461, Bitarap Turkmenistan Shayoly, Ashgabat for making a bid and receiving a package of documents.
The bids will be accepted until August 30, 2014.
