Kazakhstan is interested in developing of cooperation with Japan in hybrid and electric vehicles production, Novosti-Kazakhstan quoted Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov as saying.
Massimov made the remarks at the 5th meeting of the Kazakh-Japanese intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.
"Japan has high-tech, Kazakhstan has the natural resources and hardworking people," Massimov said. "I think together it will give a certain result in sectors such as the development of cooperation in the nuclear industry, automotive industry."
Moreover the countries have potential for cooperation in the space industry, agriculture and other spheres, he said.
