The Turkish parliament passed a bill on the establishment of the Court of Arbitration in Istanbul, the Turkish channel Kanal7 reported Nov. 21.
At the first stage, the Court of Arbitration will consider the controversial cases concerning Turkey.
A department for international issues under the court is planned to be established in the future.
The issue of establishing the Court of Arbitration is being considered in Turkey since 2013.
The bill on the establishment of the Court of Arbitration was submitted to the Turkish Parliament on March 25, 2013.
