In January - September 2014, the sale of real estate to foreigners in Turkey increased by 66 percent compared to the same period last year, and amounted to 15,417 objects, said a statement posted Nov.25 on the website of the Institute of Statistics of Turkey.
Most part of the real estate sold to foreigners is in the province of Antalya, the institute said.
Some 5,486 objects were sold to foreigners in Antalya for the reporting period, which is 25 percent more compared to the same period last year.
