Azerbaijan imported 63,368 vehicles in 2014 compared to 104,385 vehicles in 2013, according to the statistics report of the State Customs Committee.

Some 57,615 cars out of the total volume of imported vehicles were cars and motor vehicles used for transportation, the report said. In 2013, the figure was 94,879 cars.

Some 5,054 trucks were imported to the country in 2014 versus 7,823 trucks in 2013. The remainder of the imported cars accounted for other vehicles.
