Bank Standard said on August 25 that its "Mardakan" branch relaunched in the new concept.
This branch became the third one embodied a new concept of the Bank, aimed at improving of the quality and speed of customer service, transparency and accessibility for all segments of the population.
Under the new concept, the area of the branch has been increased, and the approach to customer service moved to a new level, aimed at improving the speed and efficiency of service of visitors. It is worth noting the self-service zone, where customers without applying to the employees of the Bank will be able ease carry out operations, pay utility bills and replenish cards online using payment terminals and ATMs with the function of Cash-In. The branch also has a Smart Zone, provided with interfaces with access to an internet banking SmartBank.
The "Mardakan" branch provides a full range of banking services for both individuals and for corporate clients. These include cash management services, opening of current and deposit accounts, the implementation of urgent money transfers, loans, etc.
