The Czech Construction Service company will be opening a branch in Azerbaijan, the official newspaper of the Ministry of Taxes Vergiler wrote Dec. 30.
Anar Mansurov has become the founder of the branch. Mansurov has been the managing director of the construction company since November 11, 2015.
Czech Construction Service was established by Azerbaijani construction company Azerinsaatservis on January 1, 2015.
According to the Czech websites, at present, the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is the only shareholder.
International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) was established in 1992. Besides the Czech Construction Service, IBA owns 100 percent of shares of IBA-Moscow, International Insurance Company, AzeriCard processing center, Business Rabita company, 75 percent of shares of IBA-Georgia, 47.6 percent of shares of JointLeasing.
