Former head of Azerbaijan's Millikart card processing center, Jalal Orujov have become a member of Unibank's executive committee.
Orujov told Trend Apr. 11 that he was named a technology officer at Unibank.
"I will have quite a wide range of activity in the bank: IT, card processing center, programming and business analysis," he said.
Unibank's executive committee is headed by Khalid Ahadov.
Unibank was established Oct. 15, 2002 as a result of merger of two private commercial banks in Azerbaijan - Mbank and Promtexbank.
Unibank's shareholders are Eldar Garibov, Zemfira Jafarova, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the German Investment Corporation, and minority shareholders.
