Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR will issue dollar bonds for Azerbaijani citizens from Sept.20, said the company’s website.
The bonds will be sold till Oct.10, 2016.
The nominal value of each bond is $1,000. The annual bond yield is 5 percent. Interest income is not taxable and will be paid quarterly.
