Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Body has registered additional issuance of simple undocumented shares worth two million Azerbaijani manats (1.6036 AZN/USD on Oct. 7) of Muganbank OJSC, said the bank’s regulator.
Par value of each of the 10,000 shares is 200 manats.
As a result of the placement of shares, the bank's authorized capital will increase up to 57 million manats.
Muganbank’s authorized capital was 55 million manats according to the results of the 1H2016, while the aggregate capital was 57.82 million manats.
Muganbank OJSC was established in 1992.
