Azerbaijan’s PASHA Life insurance company collected 61.8 million manats (1.5986AZN/USD on Oct. 13) in premiums in January-September 2016, which is 45.3 percent more than in the same period of 2015, said the company in a message Oct. 13.
The company’s payments on various insurance cases amounted to 25.6 million manats, according to preliminary assessments.
The volume of insurance payments increased by almost 3.4 times compared to January-September 2015.
As of Oct. 1, 2016, the authorized capital of PASHA Life totaled 40.25 million manats.
PASHA Life is Azerbaijan’s biggest insurance company in terms of the volume of its aggregate assets.
