The UK-based multinational consulting company PwC will help bring foreign investors for privatization process in Azerbaijan, the State Committee on Property Issues said Nov. 7.
The Committee says it has signed a memorandum of cooperation on this with PwC.
“PwC will assist to hold investment conferences and forums with participation of foreign investors, based on the memorandum. Currently, the State Committee on Property Issues and PwC are developing a map of cooperation and discussing the next steps,” a message from the Committee said.
The parties have started negotiations to make the privatization process more attractive for local and foreign investors.
“Our objective is to attract local and foreign investors and meet their expectations in this area. The use of modern approaches and innovations in the process of privatization will let improve the efficiency of this process,” the Committee said.
