Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy started receiving applications from exporters wishing to present their products on the country’s stand at the HKTDC exhibition to be held in Hong Kong, on Nov. 10-12, 2017, the ministry said in a message Dec. 12.
Maximum of 20 companies will be able to represent Azerbaijan at the Moscow exhibition, according to the message.
The list of companies will be formed on the basis of a competition, which is to take place in the AZPROMO office on July 29, 2017.
The criteria for selection of companies are the following:
- potential to produce the displayed goods – 10 points;
- potential to export the displayed goods – 10 points;
- experience in the export of goods (providing the 2015 export volumes) – 5 points;
- minimum passing score is 20 points.
