The digital branch, branded “ƏLA – “Ən Lazımi Anda” (meaning “Just in time” in Azerbaijani) of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, caused great interest of customers. Since October it provided various banking services to 5392 clients: 1932 in October, 2271 in November, 1189 till December 15.
The digital branch is located at 9, Aliyarbayov street (the Fountains Square) and provides banking services which are unique not only in Azerbaijan but in the whole CIS area. Innovative technologies implemented at the 24/7-available branch enable customers to make various banking operations in a no time.
Unique ƏLAmatik Machine allows customer to establish a video call connection with the bank teller and easily make various banking operations in just few minutes: get a loan or credit card, open an account, make bill payments, transfer money, withdraw or deposit cash etc.
New digital branch provides the whole range of affordable and convenient “ƏLA services” (which means “Excellent Services” in Azerbaijani). ƏLA services range includes ƏLA Line (direct video call with the bank), ƏLAvə mobile application, ƏLA Delivery (urgent delivery of credit cards), ƏLA Transfer, ƏLA Card, ƏLA Loan, ƏLA Deposit and ƏLAc Loan (refinancing of existing loans).
