Azerbaijan’s PASHA Life insurance company collected 77.68 million manats in premiums in 2016 that is by 42.5 percent more than in 2015, the company said in a message.
According to the preliminary estimates, payments of claims by the company on various insurance events amounted to 45.91 million manats. The volume of insurance payments increased by 2.8 times during the period, as compared to 2015.
As of Jan. 1, 2017, the authorized capital of PASHA Life insurance company totaled 40.25 million manats.
PASHA Life is Azerbaijan’s biggest insurance company in terms of the volume of its total assets. The company operates since 2011.
