Mikhail Oseevskiy, deputy president and deputy chairman of the management board of Russia’s VTB Bank, has been appointed the head of the Supervisory Board at the bank’s Azerbaijani subsidiary VTB Bank Azerbaijan, said the message from the bank on Jan. 19.
Currently, VTB Bank Azerbaijan’s Supervisory Board also includes Deputy Chairs Rashad Rasullu and Anna Shumeyko, as well as Dmitriy Popov, Sergey Tsarev, Museyeib Aliyev and Gorkhmaz Aghayev.
Shareholders of VTB Bank Azerbaijan are the VTB Bank PJSC and Ata Holding OJSC. VTB Bank Azerbaijan renders services to corporate business customers, small businesses and private clients.
