The price of Tbilisi-Baku-Tbilisi air taxi service flight provided by Georgian Aviator air company is $6,930, a source in Georgia’s Adjara Group Hospitality company told Trend.
This is the price for the one flight, regardless of the passengers on board, the source said.
Aviator is the first Georgian airline company offering air taxi services, flying both, domestic and international routes. It was created by Adjara Group Hospitality in late 2016.
The flights will be carried out by “Beechcraft” KingAir C90GTX aircraft with passenger capacity of five people.
As the plane is based in Tbilisi, it must make a round trip, said the source, adding that it is a common practice in charter aircrafts.
“We receive flight permit before every flight. Other than that, we have no limitations,” said the source. “The price for the permit is 100 euros, which is applicable to the total price of the flight.”
The company will be offering flights from Tbilisi International Airport to all airports in Georgia and Caucasus region, including, Baku, Trabzon, Istanbul and other cities.
“The aircraft has a flight range of 1,700 kilometers, so we can operate in any city with airport in this range,” said the source.
Adjara Group Hospitality is the largest and the fastest-growing holding company in hospitality sector of Georgia.
