Turkmenistan’s Industry Ministry has announced a tender on designing and construction of a plant for production of one million tons of cement per year in the Koytendag region of Lebap Province.
All the companies which have the possibility to fully finance the project are invited to participate in the tender.
The companies should pay $2,000 or its equivalent in Turkmen manats for participation in the tender.
