Minsk Grape Wines Factory JSC plans to start production of pomegranate champagne using Azerbaijan’s technique, Vugar Mikayilov, head of Azerbaijan’s beverage producer Az-Granata, told Trend.
Mikayilov, who recently participated in the opening of Azerbaijan’s first trading house in Minsk, said Belarusian companies showed great interest in pomegranate wine and champagne.
The factory intends to make pomegranate champagne in Belarus under the Azerbaijani brand, he noted. “They also loved our pomegranate wine. I think that in the near future we will supply our wine to them.”
Az-Granata manufactures natural juices and alcoholic beverages. Presently, the company supplies its products to Germany, the US, Canada, Europe, Middle East and CIS countries.
