Sharg Ulduzu LLC, an Azerbaijani wine producing company, says it will start exporting its products to Belarus.

“The annual production capacity of our company is one million bottles. We will supply a part of this volume to Belarus,” Askar Alirzayev, head of the company, told Trend June 5.

“Although we have been exporting our products before – we supply our wines to the US, Japan, South Korea, China and Russia – for us it will be the first experience of working with Belarusian companies.”

“Now everything depends on the interests of local [Belarusian] companies, through which our products will be sold, and the demand from consumers,” he noted. “It is necessary to make prospective customers aware that high-quality wine is produced in our country, and it is necessary to acquaint them with the ‘Made in Azerbaijan’ brand.”

“We will be only happy if businessmen from Belarus are interested in investing in our company,” Alirzayev added.

Sharg Ulduzu LLC was established in 2002. Currently, the company produces more than 20 kinds of wine.
