The composition of Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan’s AtaBank OJSC has been changed.
According to a message posted on the bank’s website, Farid Huseynov became the chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Meanwhile, Farid Isayev became a member of the Board. Currently, the Board has three members: Farid Huseynov, Farid Isayev, Adigozal Agayev.
The composition of AtaBank’s Executive Board has also been changed. Kamran Orujaliyev has become a member of the Board.
Currently, the Board has five members: Dayanat Guliyev – Chairman; Etibar Babashli – First Deputy Chairman; Sabuhi Aliyev – Deputy Chairman; Rauf Huseynov – Deputy Chairman; Kamran Orujaliyev – member.
