In 2018, 474 exhibitions, including 123 international exhibitions, will be organized in Turkey, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) told Trend Oct. 2.
Most of the exhibitions will be in April 2018.
“Eighty exhibitions will be held in Turkey in April, 75 exhibitions – in March, 56 exhibitions – in September, and 68 exhibitions – in October 2018,” said TOBB.
According to TOBB, 218 exhibitions will be held in Istanbul, 42 exhibitions – in Izmir, and 34 exhibitions – in Ankara in 2018.
Meanwhile, 33 exhibitions are planned to be held in Bursa, 27 exhibitions – in Antalya, 16 exhibitions – in Konya Province, 16 exhibitions – in Adana Province, and 9 exhibitions – in Gaziantep Province.
“The remaining 83 exhibitions will be held in other provinces of the country,” added TOBB.
It should be noted that 495 exhibitions were held in Turkey in January-August 2017.
